3. Return & Exchange Policy – Kuwait

We care about your satisfaction and follow Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

General Conditions

  • Return period: 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

Items with 24-Hour Return Period Only:

  • Sunglasses and diving goggles.

  • Swimwear.

These must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Customized products.

  • Items marked as non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service with your order number.

  2. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive shipping instructions.

  3. The item will be inspected.

  4. Refund or exchange will be processed.
