Return and Exchange Policy

YAL Store — compliant with Amiri Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 regarding the regulation of digital commerce in Kuwait, and Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its amendments.

1. Right of Return

Dear customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the right of withdrawal in the Kuwaiti Digital Commerce Law.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • It must be accompanied by the electronic purchase invoice issued by the store.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt through official channels.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to misuse by the customer.

3. Excluded Products

For health reasons, the following products are not accepted for return unless they are defective or non-conforming:

  • Perfumes (Summer Fragrances) once the packaging is opened.
  • Tanning creams and skincare products (Tan & Lotion) once the packaging is opened.
  • Swimwear after the hygiene sticker has been removed.
  • Custom-made products.

4. Absolute Right of Return

You have the right to return or exchange at any time without time limit if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The product does not match what was displayed on the website.
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
  • The product was counterfeit of a brand.

5. Return Procedures

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+965 6650 5321) or email (info@funwithyal.com) within 14 days.
  2. Attach the order number and product photos.
  3. An official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions will be issued.
  4. After inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Cost of Return

  • Shipping is free if the reason is due to the store.
  • Shipping cost is borne by the customer in cases of change of mind.

7. Exchange

The product can be exchanged for another of the same value, or the difference paid/received, within the same 14-day period.
